Network Integration

All HEX products operate on an Ethernet network with standard TCP/IP communication protocol. We use industry standard, open architecture hardware products providing you with high quality and value oriented prices. Having over 30 years experience in WAN networks, HEX can provide the technology and knowledge needed to successfully integrate any HEX product with your existing network and provide laboratory information system services for all sites.

Installation and Training

HEX provides on-site installation to insure your LAB/HEX system or HEX BIlling system is installed and integrated with your network properly and operating correctly. Training is conducted on-site at your facility to maximize your time. Since every laboratory is different, HEX feels it is important to focus on you and your specific needs during training. On-going telephone assistance is always available.
